Goals are a must! Write them down, your short goals and long term goals. Go back and read them often to help keep you motivated. This quote is awesome because nothing will always go as planned and you need to focus on the bigger picture sometimes.

I used the word failure in the quote but I dont like the term failure! I see it as a lesson learned. You learned that the avenue you are trying to take will not work for you to reach your long term goal, find another Avenue. You didnt fail, you are just trying to find the right road that will lead you to Success Avenue :-) !!!
